On August 13 & 15, Mr. Fagen conducted the Orquesta Sinfonica Nacional de Costa Rica at the Centro Nacional de Musica. The program included Wagner’s Prélude to Act 3 of Lohengrin and César Franck’s Symphony in d minor.
