Arthur Fagen enjoyed an enormous success in Atlanta in the celebrated Glass’s opera Akhnaten. The combination of the masterful and exceptional musical presentation made this work what has been described as “the hottest ticket of the season”. The two performances were exalted by both public and critics.
Mr. Fagen returns to Europe to conduct one of the oldest Italian orchestras, the Sinfonica di Sanremo, with a program that includes Brahms violin concerto and Schubert symphony n.4 . Mr. Fagen is joined by violinist Boris Belkin.
