Arthur Fagen conducts Verdi’s Traviata at the Teatro del Bicentenario
Arthur Fagen conducts Verdi’s La Traviata at the Teatro del Bicentenario, Leon, Mexico, which opens on May 18. Mr. Fagen scored particular success with Gounod’s Faust in Atlanta last March, earning outstanding reviews. This month, he flew to Mexico to conduct “La Traviata” by Giuseppe Verdi, one of the most popular operas the world over. Further performances on May 21 and 24.
