Noah Stewart, Mary Dunleavy and Alexander Vinogradov under the baton of Arthur Fagen will give a sumptuous première of Gounod’s Faust in Atlanta
In September 2010 Arthur Fagen began his inaugural season as Music Director of the Atlanta Opera, over the course he led numerous productions including Wagner’s Fliegender Hollaender, Mozart’s Magic Flute, Donizetti’s Lucia di Lammermoor, Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Bizet’s Carmen, Rossini’s L’italiana in Algeri, Puccini’s Tosca, among others. Mr. Fagen continues this season his exciting work at the Atlanta Opera with a production of Gounod’s grand opera Faust, featuring outstanding tenor Noah Stewart, soprano Mary Dunleavy and bass Alexander Vinogradov. Performances on March 8, 11, 14 and 16.
